Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 Digital Product Policy

All products sold on veg12week.com are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products are accessible immediately after payment, we generally do not offer cancellations once the download link has been accessed.

However, we stand fully behind our product and honour refund requests under the conditions outlined in Section 2.

2 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You have followed the plan for a minimum of 2 weeks
• You submit your refund request within 30 days of your purchase date
• You email us at support@veg12week.com with your order details and honest feedback

Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 30 days of purchase or without any attempt to follow the plan.

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@veg12week.com with the following:

• Your full name and email address used at purchase
• Your order/transaction ID
• Brief feedback on your experience with the plan

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

5 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately at support@veg12week.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Resolution timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

6 Governing Policy

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to purchases made on veg12week.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 as applicable to digital goods sold online in India.
